Help with sending the completed Buyback form to QuEST.

Outlook users

Once you have selected all the services you need, please click on the "Save & Email File" button at the bottom of the form.

Other Email account users

This method can also be used if the button does not work for you in Outlook.

Save a copy of the form and email to quest@oxfordshire.gov.uk

Saving the form in IE6

Click on File in the menu bar, then select Save As from the drop-down list.

Saving the form in IE7

Click on the Page icon and then select Save As from the drop-down list.

Please remember

Your submitted order is taken by us as confirmation that you wish to buy-in to the services you have indicated and that it has been duly approved by the Governors and Headteacher at your school.

Please ensure the ordered services have been approved before emailing the Excel form to us.
