General Terms and Conditions
All services are organised to try and put schools’ and customers’ needs first whilst ensuring the viability and covering real costs of the service offered. All our services are on a not-for-profit basis and any surplus income will be re-invested in the services, for the benefit of Oxfordshire schools.
Pay as you use options
The flexibility for schools of pay-as-you-use is offered as an option in any scheme where it is viable e.g. schemes including provision of expert or selected consultancy and personnel. It cannot be available for annual insurance schemes or those requiring a high advance level of staff planning.
Subscription period
The subscription period for all schemes is 1 April to 31 March.
Notice period
Where a school wishes to consider withdrawing from a scheme, they will be required to provide at least 2 (new) terms or 3 months notice, in writing, stating their reason.
Please note some services may require a longer notice period; therefore, clients are advised to read through the terms of the service SLA in question.
Charges
Each scheme has been individually priced to cover relevant costs and overheads to give good value for money in the particular field or market that the scheme is operating within.
The schemes are not designed to produce profits but should cover costs. Any surplus income will be re-invested into the service for the benefit of Oxfordshire schools.
Due to the variety of schemes offered, there isn’t one single approach to pricing. However, it should be clear with every scheme what the charges are, how they are calculated and what purchasing the service provides for the school.
All schemes will be charged for a financial year beginning 1 April 2010.
If you would like more detailed information about the approach to pricing of any particular scheme, please contact us.
Payment
Payment will be collected via SAP internal recharge.
