Partnership links with schools abroad make the international dimension come to life. They provide a rationale for curriculum development and offer schools a comparative perspective on the lives of young people around the world.

In Oxfordshire, we have an impressive record on school partnerships not only with schools across Europe but also in Africa. There are also smaller target areas in the USA and Pakistan that are presently being developed.

As a result of these partnership links, schools have built up an impressive range of resources to support teaching and learning activities. The OIEB also has a large collection of resources which can be borrowed by schools during the year.
