The OIEB has agreed in the short term to lead the Thames Valley RPDN.

Conference

Booking is now open for the TVPDN Conference, "Your School & the International Dimension".

A series of awareness raising conferences have been planned for the summer term 2007, the first of which will be taking place in the Reading area on 21 June at The Copthorne Hotel.

Course

Could you be an advocate for Global Citizenship?

This course on 3 separate days will cover the theory and practice of Global Citizenship and will develop participants abilities in:

  • addressing opportunities for social justice & sustainability across the curriculum
  • tackling controversial issues within the school community
  • increasing pupils’ motivation, self-esteem and thereby their attainment
  • being a catalyst for change

The is a free course and  is appropriate for all primary and secondary teachers.
