Important Information regarding Online Ordering

The Buyback process for QuEST is now entirely electronic. This makes ordering services easier and quicker for you as well as offering you an immediate estimate of your charges for the year. It also reduces paperwork, duplication and scope for error.

Your submitted order is taken by us as confirmation that you wish to buy-in to the services you have indicated and that it has been duly approved by the Governors and Headteacher at your school.

A confirmation of your order will be emailed to the Headteacher. They will have until 14th June to review and advise us by email of any amendments. The services listed on this confirmation are those you will be charged for, therefore you must check through carefully to ensure it is correct and that any communications sent to you are responded to.

QuEST will advise Services of your buyback requirements who will send you the appropriate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) where these are required.
